Mr. Fred Coatney was born November 11, 1938 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Henry Marion Coatney and Maude Elizabeth (Burton) Coatney. He was married to Shirley Mae Martin on August 11, 1957 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Coatney passed this life on March 16, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 70 years, 4 months and 5 days.
