Larry Dean "L.D." Churchill was born November 14, 1953 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of Lowell Churchill and Opal (Floyd) Churchill. Mr. Churchill passed this life on October 6, 2010 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 56 years, 10 months and 22 days.
