Steeley   Honorary Pallbearers Brotherhood of Flute Springs, Mack Flute and Marlin Flute  Obituary Billy Joe Christie was born October 7, 1953 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the son of Isac Christie and Betty Flute Christie.  He was a laborer at Cellofoam.  Mr. Christie passed this life on June 29, 2012 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 58 years, 8 months and 22 days. Survivors are: 1 sister: Carolyn Baldridge of Bunch, Ok 2 brothers: Monroe Christie of the home and Woodrow Christie of Vian, OK 1 special nephew: Jae Christie of Flute Springs, OK several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends He was preceded in death by his parents  and 1 brother: John Fedro Christie
