Cooie Choate was born August 22, 1923 in Blackgum, Oklahoma, the son of Sam Choate and Elsie (Milam) Choate. Mr. Choate passed this life on July 7, 2010 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 86 years, 10 months and 16 days.
