Helen Warren Childers was born January 26, 1934 in Gore, Oklahoma. The daughter of Peter Josh Warren and Ola Frances Muncy Warren. She married Virgil Lee Childers on June 3, 1952 in Van Buren, Arkansas. Mrs. Childers was a Charter Member of Eastside Baptist Church. She passed this life on December 31, 2006 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of
72 years, 11 months and 5 days.
Survivors are:
2 Daughters: Marilyn Webb of Mojave Valley, AZ.,
and Judy Berglan of Sallisaw, Ok.;
1 Granddaughter: Kelly Webb;
1 Grandson: Jason Webb;
1 Great Grandchild;
4 Sisters: Berlie Corrillo of Vian, Ok., Cora Lee McElhaney of Georgia,
Doris McGrew of Benicia, CA., and Mary Pack of Vian, Ok.;
2 Brothers: Hoover Warren of Oklahoma City, Ok.,
and Lewis Warren of Gore, Ok.;
Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by:
6 Sisters: Laura Katherine Prince, Edna Mae Johnson, Margaret Plunkett, Vera Mills, Thelma Bennett, and Mandy Jordan;
