Roger Owen  Honorary Pallbearers  Dustin Starr, Evan Elmore, Chad Starr, Christopher Wilson, Cooper Starr, Braxton Chesher and Brant Chesher Obituary Paul Chesher was born October 16, 1929 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of Joseph Frederick Chesher and Rubye Lucille Hancock Chesher.  He was married to Margie Alene Gunter on March 13, 1973 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  Mr. Chesher was a retired broker, a U.S. Navy veteran of Korean War and was in the Merchant Marines.  He passed this life on February 6, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 81 years, 3 months and 20 days. Survivors are: wife: Margie of the home 3 daughters: Renda Elmore of New Brunswick, Canada Vickie Finch of Sweeney, Texas and Grace Anne Livingstone of New Brunswick, Canada 3 sons: Charley Starr of Oklahoma, Woodrow Starr of Oklahoma and James Chesher of Arkoma, OK 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren 1 sister: Terri Soloman of San Diego, CA He was preceded in death by parents  and 1 son: Donald Lee Chesher
