Mr. Watt Charles Cheater was born July 27, 1913 in Jay, Oklahoma, the son of Mr. Joe Cheater and Mrs. Gayhohi Cheater. He married Daisy Mae Chuculate and she preceded him in death on May 10, 1998 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Cheater passed this life on July 7, 2008 in Marble City, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 94 years, 11 months and 10 days.
