Betsy Cheater was born April 24, 1942 in Marble City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jack Cheater and Katie Hooper Cheater. She was married to Edward Ray Heckel in 1972. Mrs. Cheater passed this life on February 15, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 69 years, 9 months and 21 days.
