Regina Wilbanks Chapman was born July 30, 1964 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Charles Wilbanks, Jr. and Reba Ann Weaver Wilbanks. She was married to Roger Dale Chapman on May 12, 1983 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Mrs. Chapman was a homemaker and member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. She passed this life on June 5, 2011 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 46 years, 10 months and 6 days.
