Richard Earl "Bubby" Chapman was born July 23, 1949 in Muldrow, Oklahoma, the son of Fred L. Chapman and Ruth (Bowden) Chapman. He married Sharon Kay (Shackelford) Chapman on February 21, 1970 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Mr. Chapman passed this life on November 23, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 60 years and
4 months.
