Raymond Edward Chaney was born August 5, 1931 in Fulton, Kansas. The son of Frank Albert Chaney and Mamie Chaney. He married Jane Ruth Chaney on February 3, 1987 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on November 27, 2003 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Chaney passed this life on January 1, 2007 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 75 years, 4 months and 27 days.
