Rich was born April 12, 1973 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of Richard Carter and Saundra (Sprouse) Carter. He was married to Jan Richardson. He attended the University of Arkansas at Ft. Smith, was a 32nd degree Mason, member of the Scottish Rite and a Shriner. He was an Arkansas Razorback and Chicago Cubs fan. Mr. Carter passed this life on September 18, 2008 in Golden, Mississippi after having attained the age of 35 years, 5 months and 7 days.
