Marina Page Carter was born October 20, 1938 in Rome, Italy, the daughter of George Nelson Page, Sr. and Marjorie (Striker) Page. She married Art Floyd Carter on April 6, 1957 in New York, New York. Mrs. Carter passed this life on February 3, 2010 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of
71 years, 3 months and 13 days.
