Obituary

Wanda Marie Cardwell was born June 18, 1944 in Carlisle Community, Sequoyah County OK, to James William Lowe and Donnie Lee (Robison) Lowe. She married Ralph Wayne Cardwell March 12, 1965 in Round Mountain Community, Sequoyah County OK. He preceded her in death August 7, 2012 in Odessa, TX. She passed away March 3, 2013 in Fort Smith, AR at the age of 68.
