Terri Moore Campbell, 53. of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born November 1, 1962 in Stillwater, Oklahoma the daughter of John Edmond Moore and Neva Marie (Polecat) Moore. She was of the Baptist faith and a Vocational Habilitation Trainer at People Inc. in Sallisaw.
Survivors are:
2 sons: Dalton Campbell of Sallisaw, OK and Dayton Campbell of Sallisaw, OK
1 daughter: Shey Lessley of Sallisaw, OK
3 grandchildren: Dawson Campbell, Camden Campbell and Emma Lessley
1 sister: Alice Hoyer of Oklahoma City, OK
1 brother: Curt Moore of Sallisaw, OK
companion: Jim Lessley of Sallisaw, OK
several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother, Stook Moore
Funeral service will be Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 10 am at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw.
Viewing will be Thursday 10 am - 8 pm and Friday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet Friday from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
Active Pallbearers are Mark Moore, Mackie Moore, Matthew Moore, Zak Hoyer, Todd Hoyer, Kim Meyers, John Curtis Moore and Nicole Moore.
