Johnny Lee Byrd was born June 14, 1938 in Nicut community, Oklahoma, the son of Joseph Byrd and Annie Langley Byrd. Mr. Byrd was retired from City of Ft. Smith Sanitation Department and of the baptist faith. He passed this life on May 2, 2010 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 71 years, 10 months and 18 days.
