Norma Jean Butler, 82 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away on September 28, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born on November 11, 1934 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Ollie Mae (Nugent) Butler and Crawford Lee Butler. She retired from Walmart and was of the Assembly of God faith.

nieces and nephews: Dawn Lauer of Genoa, NV, Jim Butler of Pryor, OK, Raymond Merrill of Sallisaw, OK, Marla Hall of AR, and Jamie Thompson of Pryor, OK

She was preceded in death by her parents, Crawford and Ollie Butler; 1 brother, James Lee Butler; and 1 sister, Frances Merrill
Graveside Services will be at 10 am on September 30, 2017 at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.123 S. Wheeler- P.O. Box 566 - Sallisaw, OK 74955.
Viewing will be Friday 1 - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. The family will greet from 5 - 7 pm..
