Mr. Keith Wayne Bruce was born March 4, 1967 in Bakersfield, California, the son of Carrol Wayne Bruce and Hattie Saphronia (Frasier) Bruce. Mr. Bruce passed this life on March 27, 2009 in Parkhill, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 42 years and 23 days.
