Carloyn Sharline Carter Brown was born October 25, 1965 in Bakersfield, California the daughter of William and Mildred Carter. She married Paul Dwayne Brown on October 1, 1999 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Brown passed this life on September 3, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 45 years, 10 months and 9 days.
