Debra Lynn Brewer was born August 30, 1968 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the daughter of Mack Brewer and Linda (Martin) Brewer. Debra passed this life on February 17, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
40 years, 5 months, and 18 days.
