Christel Lynn Collins Branum was born July 12, 1977 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Benny Ray Collins and Vickie Christine Elkins Collins Young. She married Michael Jay Branum on June 5, 1998 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was a 1997 Graduate of Muldrow High School and a homemaker. Mrs. Branum passed this life on December 20, 2011 at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 34 years, 5 months and 8 days.
