Bob O. Bounds was born September 13, 1930 in Wayne County, Missouri, the son of Timothy Raymond Bounds and Georgie Edith Owens Bounds. He married Katy E. Nelson Watkins Bounds on May 13, 2003 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Bounds passed this life on February 1, 2011 in Midwest City, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 80 years, 4 months and 19 days.
