Johnnie Dale Bolin was born July 22, 1979 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The son of Larry Dale Bolin and Johnna Elaine Smith McAnally. He married
Jennifer May Firestone Bolin on May 6, 1998 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Johnnie passed this life on April 10, 2007 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 27 years, 8 months and 19 days.
Survivors are:
wife: Jennifer of the home;
1 daughter: Brittany Lee Bolin of the home;
2 sons: William Thomas Bolin and Ryan Dale Bolin both of the home;
father: Larry Dale Bolin of Vian, Ok.;
2 sisters: Latricia Carlton of Sallisaw, Ok., and
Jennifer Frye of Sallisaw, Ok.;
1 brother: Larry Dale Smith of Iowa;
4 nephews and 1 on the way;
grandmother: Annie Bolin of Vian, Ok.;
several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Mrs. Johnna McAnally;
grandfather: Mr. Bill Bolin; and grandpa: Mr. Ernest Bud Taylor. | |
