Bertha Lee Bilyeu was born August 4, 1923 in Senatobia, Mississippi, the daughter of David Johnson and Viola (Lee) Johnson. She married Jess Willard "Fod" Bilyeu on December 20, 1943 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on November 21, 1987 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Bilyeu was a homemaker and a member of Elim Full Gospel Church. She passed this life on November 25, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 89.
