Obituary

Braxton Emile Bigot, 53 of Muldrow passed away May 16, 2013 in Muldrow.  He was born September 17, 1959 in Gulfport, MS, the son of Dorothy Jean (Phelps) Bigot and Charles Richard Bigot, Sr.  He was called to preach at age 16 and started evangelizing at age 17.  He met the love of his life after holding a revival at Ft. Smith Free Holiness Church in 1979.  He married Kay Newberry on March 28, 1980.  They evangelized together for 7 years before committing themselves to the Muldrow Eastside Free Holiness Church for 22+ years.  After that he continued evangelizing and spreading God's word throughout his community and even other states.  He was an accomplished builder and was integral in building the Muldrow Holiness Campground.  Through all these things, he loved his fellow man and shared the good news with every life he touched.
