Donald E. Biggs was born May 25, 1940 in Montgomery, Alabama, the son of Olen Idonnie Biggs and Ida Lee Johnson Biggs. He was married to Flora Jane Barnes on September 6, 1963 in Roland, Oklahoma. Mr. Biggs passed this life on July 22, 2010 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 70 years, 1 month and 27 days.
