Jean (Veigel) Ballard was born May 3, 1937 in Bristol, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Frederick John Veigel and Mary Grace (Kernen) Veigel. She married Johnny Mac Ballard on June 23, 1995 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Ballard passed this life on June 13, 2010 in Muskogee, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 73 years, 1 month and 10 days.
