Mr. Mark Shawn Bailey was born July 24, 1963 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of Mr. Charles Albert Bailey and Mrs. Sharley Doris Martin Bailey.
He married Cathy Jean Johnson Bailey on September 3, 1993 in Redland, Oklahoma. Mr. Bailey passed this life on March 2, 2008 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 44 years, 7 months and 7 days.
