Mr. Andrews was born October 11, 1968 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma,
the son of J.D. Andrews and Neomia (McCombs) Andrews.
He was an LPN. He passed this life on July 22, 2008 in Lavaca, Arkansas
after having attained the age of 39 years, 9 months and 11 days.

3 sisters: Debbie Stalvey of Jasper, Fl.,
Leona Andrews of Sallisaw, Ok. and Roberta Cox of Gore, Ok.
2 brothers: Freeman Andrews of Ft. Smith, Ar.
and Stanley Andrews of Sallisaw, Ok.
nieces and nephews: Jay and Lauren Cox of Gore, Ok., Heather Andrews and Tyler Young,
Rodney and Shannon Poindexter, all of Sallisaw, Ok and Terrie Hunter of Jasper, Fl.
