Mrs. Adams was born March 9, 1952 in El Paso, Texas, the daughter of Royce Wayne Auman and Esther Blocker Auman. She was married to Larry Otto Adams on February 5, 1971 in El Paso, Texas. He preceded her in death on December 4, 2002 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
Mrs. Adams was a graduate of Ysleta High School in El Paso, Tx. She attended Texas A&M in El Paso and N.S.U. in Tahlequah, Ok. She graduated from Carl Albert State College. She was a car hop at World Burger, former employee of Desoto Furniture, OK Foods, Pradco, and Southern Steel and Wire. She was a substitute teacher and a member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Roland, Ok. where she was a former sunday school teacher at all age levels and was active with vacation bible school. Mrs. Adams passed this life on August 25, 2008 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 56 years, 5 months and 16 days.
Survivors are:
3 sons and daughters in law: Larry Wayne and Pamela Adams of Roland, Ok.
Johnny and Tommie Adams of Muldrow, Ok. and Tracy and Dawn Birth of Tumwater, Wa.
8 grandchildren
2 sisters and brothers in law: Judy and Charlie Winn of Long Beach, Ca.
and Sharon and Dale Miller of Wakomis, Ok.
several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends
