Gary Lee Wilkins was born March 20, 1949 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of Raymond Wilkins and Reba McGee Wilkins. He married Juday Kay Thorman Wilkins on June 25, 1966 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Mr. Wilkins passed this life on September 19, 2011 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 62 years, 5 months and 29 days.
