Mrs. Geraldine Barnes Whorton was born November 6, 1927 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The daughter of Mr. Elmer Barnes and Mrs. Lula Miles Barnes. She married Mr. Billy Gene Whorton on December 6, 1946 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Geraldine passed this life on December 23, 2007 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of
80 years, 1 month and 17 days.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
husband: Bill of the home;
1 daughter: Denise Hampton of Edwards, Mo.;
1 son: Dana and wife Julie Whorton of Tahlequah, Ok.;
8 grandchildren;
She was preceded in death by 2 sons: William Allen and David Lynn Whorton;
