Herman Gene Watkins was born May 22, 1944 in El Paso, Texas the son of Abner Victor "Joab" Watkins and Josie Irene (Kester) Watkins. He married Judy Irene (Gragg) Watkins on November 21, 1973 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Mr. Watkins passed this life on July 14, 2010 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 66 years, 1 month and 23 days.
