Riley Waters, Jr. was born August 16, 1922 in Wolfe Lake, Indiana, the son of Riley Waters, Sr. and Delia (Radcliff) Waters. He married Norma (Shanabarger) Waters on March 9, 1946 in Mount Vernon, Indiana. Mr. Waters passed this life on May 8, 2010 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 87 years, 6 months and 22 days.
