Charley D. "Dude" Wallace was born April 17, 1936 in Marble City, Oklahoma, the son of Charley Columbus Wallace and Mae Scott Wallace. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a retired lineman and tower builder for Pacific Gas and Electric in California and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. Mr. Wallace passed this life on June 28, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 73 years, 2 months and 11 days.
