Titus Robert Lee Stephens was born January 10, 2010 in Stilwell, Oklahoma, the son of George Robert Stephens, Jr. and Niki Nicole (Cockrill) Stephens. Titus passed this life on May 17, 2010 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 4 months and 7 days.
