Joe Edward Stegall was born March 20, 1928 in Vian, Oklahoma, the son of Jack Edward Stegall and Edna Roark Stegall. He married Geraldine Wilson Stegall on October 11, 1947 in Vian, Oklahoma. Mr. Stegall passed this life on February 21, 2009 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 80 years, 11 months and 1 day.
