Shirley Ann Burns Steeley was born December 21, 1938 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of John Franklin Burns and Pearl Mae Petree Burns. She was married to George Steeley. He preceded her in death on April 26, 2003. Mrs. Steeley was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church in Sallisaw, Ok. She passed this life on March 1, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 71 years, 3 months and 8 days.
