Mr. Randy Gene Springwater was born January 16, 1957 in Bakersfield, California, the son of L.D. Springwater and Katie Ruth (Rogers) Springwater. He married Jana Leanne (Osburn) Springwater on November 19, 2007 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Springwater passed this life on July 18, 2008 in Stilwell, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
51 years, 6 months, and 2 days.
