Ruth Stewart Sizemore, 73 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born January 29, 1943 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ella Josephine Leonard Stewart and Willie Stewart. Mrs. Sizemore retired from Gerber as a Quality Control Technician.
Survivors are:
1 daughter: Rena Harsch of Sallisaw, OK
2 sons and 1 daughter in law: Tim Sizemore of Sallisaw, OK and Alan and Beverly Sizemore of Sallisaw, OK
5 grandchildren: Shawna Smith, Melissa White, Sonya Simmons, Jennifer Johnson and Derek Sizemore
8 great grandchildren: Hannah, Brett, Javion, Zachary, Christian, Evan, Jaxon and Kenzie
3 sisters: Billie Taylor of Canon City, CO, Wanda Benson of Springdale, AR and Charlotte Hudson of Bentonville, AR
2 brothers: Al Stewart of Wichita, KS and Warner Stewart of Wichita, KS
several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her husband: Edwin Wayne Sizemore, parents and 2 brothers: Edgar and Charles Stewart
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, OK.
Burial will follow at McCoy Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Derek Sizemore, Donnie Sizemore, Javion White, Joe White, Michael Smith and Josh Simmons.
Viewing will be 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK
where the family will greet friends 6 - 8 p.m.
