Tami Alene Sippel was born May 30, 1963 in McAlester, Oklahoma, the daughter of Thomas Ulery and Alene Batey Ulery. She married Steven Sippel on April 20, 1998 in Loveland, Colorado. Mrs. Sippel passed this life on December 19, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 46 years, 6 months and 19 days.
