Terry Wayne Salter was born October 8, 1953 in Converse, Louisiana, the son of Robert Earl Salter and Frankie (Ferguson) Salter. He was married to Janet Lea Wadsworth Salter on May 3, 1997 in Kellyville, Oklahoma. Mr. Salter was a railroad conductor for 17 years and an accomplished musician. He passed this life on December 7, 2011 in Sallisaw, Ok. after having attained the age of 58 years, 1 month and 29 days.
