John Penny Rider was born August 12, 1924 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Tip Pawnee Rider and Victoria (Ward) Rider. He was married to Jocyle Darlene Moore on May 22, 1996 in Sallisaw, OK. Mr. Rider worked in the aircraft industry and was of the Assembly of God Faith. He passed this life on May 4, 2010 in Sallisaw, OK after having attained the age of 85 years, 8 months and 22 days.
