Harold "Joe" Rhodes was born May 10, 1945 in Ft. Benning, GA, the son of Harold Edgar Rhodes and Hazel Pendergrass Rhodes. He passed this life on February 15, 2012 in Sallisaw, OK after having attained the age of 66 years, 9 months and 5 days.
