Curtis Bias, Mr. Bill Stavely  and Mrs. Diane Wininger  Pallbearers Members of Maverick Sunday School Class   Honorary Pallbearers Members of Masonic Lodge #120, American Legion and Sallisaw Fire Department Obituary Calvin Loyd Remy was born May 24, 1921 in Shady Point, Oklahoma, the son of Anderson Remy and Rue Wright Remy.  He was married to Janice Palmer Remy on May 27, 1942 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.  Mr. Remy passed this life on June 22, 2011 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 90 years and 28 days. Survivors are: wife: Janice of the home 2 daughters: Julia Spearman of Van Buren, Arkansas and Susan Howard of Sallisaw, Oklahoma 1 son: Tony Kavian of Ft. Smith, Arkansas 4 grandchildren: Mike Remy, Shannon Hampton and husband, Phil, Susan Shockey and husband, Doug, Sean Spearman and wife, Melissa 10 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren 2 sisters: Mary Patton of Keithville, Louisiana  and Francis Dial of Shreveport, Louisiana several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends preceded in death by his parents, 1 son: Jim Remy,  3 sisters and 3 brothers
