Velma Leona Randolph was born April 30, 1926 in Sadie community, Oklahoma, the daughter of Robert Davis and Rebecca Jane (Powell) Davis. She was married to Thomas Clayton Randolph on December 17, 1943 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on July 13, 1982 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Randolph was a cattle rancher. She passed this life on October 11, 2011 in Gans, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 85 years, 5 months and 11 days.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and
