Lequetta June Craighead Qualls was born October 24, 1944 in Vian, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jack Craighead and Bonnie Victoria Lorene Milligan Craighead. She was married to Dallas Ray Andrew Qualls on August 25, 1965 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on March 17, 2001 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Qualls passed this life on April 10, 2011 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 66 years, 5 months and 17 days.
