Woodrow "Woody" Price, Jr., 72 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Friday, June 9, 2017 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was born August 6, 1944 in Northview community, Oklahoma, the son of Hazel Geraldine (Benge) Price and Woodrow Price, Sr. He was married to Maureen (Botts) Price on December 25, 1980 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on October 10, 1998. Mr. Price was a U.S. Army Veteran and a Brazer for Baldor Electric.

2 daughters and sons in law: Karen and Troy Tedder of Ft. Smith, AR and Wendy and Lewin Dunlap of Hickory Creek, TX
2 sons: Phillip Price of Rocky Point, OK and Donald Price of Hickory Creek, TX
2 step-daughters: Sherry Barnett of Childress, TX and Michelle Cooper of Sallisaw, OK
1 step-son: Benny Poe of Childress, TX
16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren
4 legged child: Petie Dog
1 brother: Dean Price of Poplar Bluff, MO

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, infant brother, 2 sisters: Laura Elena and Jesse Lea Price and 1 step-daughter: Beverly (Poe) Bargar
Services will be at 10 am on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial of cremains will be at Rocky Point Cemetery, north of Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Price, Dwayne Thomas, Quinten Price, Todd Philpot, Brad Philpot, Kevin Benge, John Conine and Jeff Price.
Viewing will be 4 - 8 pm Saturday, 2 - 8 pm Sunday, 10 am - 8 pm Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 6 - 8 pm Monday.
