Ray Powell was born March 29, 1943 in Calvert, Texas, the son of Noel Lessie Powell and Audra Faye Vanhooser Powell. Mr. Powell passed this life on July 22, 2011 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 68 years, 3 months and 23 days.
