James Iven Plunkett was born August 6, 1931 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of William Olen Plunkett and Pauline Lucille Harden Plunkett. He married Ruby Turman Kibbe Plunkett on May 20, 2000 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Plunkett passed this life on October 11, 2011 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 80 years, 2 months and 5 days.
